This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Guide and nurture a team of trainers, fostering their professional growth while actively engaging alongside them.
• Take ownership of the programs that prepare new members of the Support team prior to their integration onto the floor.
• Create and implement training for our Demo function.
• Develop training materials for our Onboarding call function.
• Assist in crafting training programs for Conferences.
• Aid demo coaches in onboarding and preparing team members for onboarding calls.
• Facilitate cross-functional product onboarding for other teams.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or instructional leadership, preferably in a customer support, customer success, or SaaS setting.
• Proven experience in leading or managing a team of trainers or facilitators.
• Able to perform the tasks while also overseeing them.
• A proven history of creating and executing onboarding or product training programs that cater to individuals at various stages and from diverse backgrounds.
• A genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies as instruments for enhancing learning.
• Proficiency in designing content and delivering programs at scale through a Learning Management System.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across functions in a remote or distributed environment.
