This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage a portfolio of customers autonomously and assist with customer projects.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers while fostering trust-based relationships.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to customer queries via phone, email, and video calls concerning our products.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to enhance long-term loyalty.
• Completion of commercial training, a university degree, or equivalent credentials.
• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and ticketing platforms.
