This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• In the role of Marketing Account Strategist, you will be essential in coaching and partnering with practice owners to enhance digital marketing strategies and optimize ROI.
• Address partner challenges, including lead quality, advertisement spend optimization, CRM training, website enhancements, SEO tactics, front-desk and team training, as well as diagnosing CRM issues.
• Conduct 10-15 calls weekly with practice owners to assess marketing performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and offer actionable strategies.
• Manage 25-30 daily emails addressing a variety of partner inquiries, necessitating exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
• Create customized strategies for paid search, social media marketing, SEO, and website performance.
• Oversee relationships with up to 40 partners concurrently, ensuring personalized support and high-quality communication across various platforms.
• Facilitate training calls to empower partners and their teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively implement and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate campaign performance and partner feedback, using insights to refine strategies that consistently enhance results and ROI.
• Employ various software tools, such as CRMs (HighLevel), project management systems (ClickUp), and analytics platforms, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in optimizing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, web performance, and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to design and enhance campaigns that foster growth and deliver ROI.
• Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic about leveraging digital marketing expertise to support partners and drive company growth.
• Proven experience managing relationships with an average of 40 partners simultaneously while maintaining high service levels and responsiveness.
• Must possess technological proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms, including CRMs (HighLevel), project management tools (ClickUp), and analytics dashboards.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to clearly and directly convey strategies and outcomes to partners and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing daily tasks and adapting quickly when necessary.
• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions, effectively guiding teams to enhance their marketing strategies and execution.
• Customer-centric with a “5-star service” mindset and a professional, positive demeanor when addressing partner needs.
• Willingness to gain knowledge about the orthodontic and dental sector, with the skill to translate digital marketing strategies into opportunities for practice growth.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
