Strategic Corporate Finance Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in company-wide planning and forecasting initiatives.

• Take ownership of revenue and cash flow forecasting from start to finish, consistently enhancing models for improved accuracy and timeliness.

• Lead the development of the 5-Year Strategic Plan.

• Provide reporting for executives and board members.

• Support investor relations and mergers & acquisitions activities.

• Incorporate AI technology into the finance function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance within high-growth or dynamic settings; experience in investment banking or with a private equity-owned software company is advantageous.

• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of independently resolving issues.

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented, embodying a strong ownership mentality.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy.

• Genuine enthusiasm for and/or prior experience with artificial intelligence and its integration into finance functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
