Strategic Consulting Alliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee NiCE’s global strategic consulting partnerships, focusing on pipeline development, customer impact, and long-term growth in priority sectors.

• Define and implement NiCE’s operating framework for these alliances, covering governance, joint planning, enablement, and execution across various regions.

• Establish joint priorities, manage escalations, and ensure synchronized execution between global and regional teams.

• Shape and spearhead co-selling initiatives for intricate, CxO-level enterprise AI transformation projects that utilize NiCE’s AI, cloud, and digital platforms.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, research, GTM, legal, communications) to support partner-driven strategic initiatives and lighthouse projects.

• Create and uphold clear guidelines regarding IP, quality, and conflict-of-interest for joint efforts and any collaboratively developed assets.

• Define sector strategies and identify flagship reference clients in collaboration with NiCE’s strategic consulting alliance partners across key industries.

• Develop and manage a dedicated alliance team over time (matrixed team), encompassing partner management, technical leadership, enablement, and operations; provide daily guidance and ensure accountability through defined goals, routines, and stakeholder alignment.

• Create robust reporting, metrics, and operational rhythms to guarantee consistent alliance performance and ongoing enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic alliances, partner sales, enterprise sales, or ecosystem leadership, with significant exposure to top-tier advisory consulting firms.

• A strong mix of technological proficiency and commercial leadership, preferably in business development, industry advisory, or alliances/partnership roles within a leading technology firm.

• Proven management of global, multi-year strategic partnerships with executive accountability and measurable results.

• Demonstrated ability to shape and finalize high-stakes, board-level enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Capacity to design and scale joint operating frameworks between senior, partner-led organizations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to operate effectively amidst ambiguity, complexity, and responsibility.

• Ability to influence across various functions, including product, research, sales, legal, communications, and partner organizations.

• Industry expertise in at least one of the following sectors: Financial Services; Pharma & Life Sciences; Healthcare; or Retail.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise AI, data, and cloud transformation.
