Strategic Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage customer accounts from the initiation phase through the entire lifecycle of the customer.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.

• Facilitate a value-driven dialogue with the Customer/Partner by defining mutual success and value metrics, effectively conveying value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Propose solutions and innovative ideas tailored to meet client requirements.

• Establish extensive and deep relationships within accounts, engaging with operational and leadership teams across various functions such as HR, Payroll, Business, IT, Finance, Operations, and management.

• Foster trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to enhance overall adoption rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience of 7-10+ years in Customer Success within a fast-paced HCM (Human Capital Management) or SaaS company, managing Fortune 500 accounts; experience in business development or sales is preferred.

• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.

• Proven capability to communicate, present, and influence customer stakeholders, including those at the C-level.

• Strong background in Account Management reporting systems, CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), Catalyst, and MS Office.

• Familiarity with sales performance metrics or KPIs.
