This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Offer expertise in establishing new partnership agreements, elucidating the specifics within the organization, and emphasizing particular commitments and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate and manage joint steering committee meetings, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate internal meetings to enhance strategic partnerships.
• Supervise the shared responsibilities specified in partnership agreements and provide regular updates on their implementation.
• Swiftly recognize and resolve issues within partnerships that may hinder collective success.
• Apply suitable dispute resolution strategies as dictated by partnership agreements.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the value of current partnerships.
• Draft and implement contract amendments.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, legal studies, finance, or life sciences is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.
• Over 6 years of experience in the diagnostics/biotech tools sector, including a minimum of 3 years in fields such as legal, finance, contract development and administration, business development, licensing, research and development, commercial operations, or manufacturing.
• Must possess an understanding of the complete IVD development process pertinent to diagnostic/biotech tools organizations.
• Proven expertise in handling a diverse array of data/information – including scientific/clinical, legal/regulatory, business, financial, and market analytics.
• Demonstrated capability to convert complex contract terms and conditions into strategic and operational components for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in analyzing deal/financial models and executing legal contracts/amendments.
• Consistent history of achieving or surpassing professional/work-related objectives, goals, and targets.
• Established ability to work independently, with minimal to no daily direct supervision.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence individuals without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
