Strategic Advisor – Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic business initiatives and software projects.

• Collaborate with Solution Advisors (pre-sales) to develop a pipeline for software and advisory services within the Grocery sector.

• Spearhead the blueprinting and high-level design phase of software implementation projects for major Grocery clients, focusing on business processes, key design choices, and enterprise architecture.

• Develop and deliver recommendations to customer leadership, ensuring that insights are data-driven and align with the client's business objectives (e.g., Level 1 Demos).

• Assist team leaders in formulating engagement strategies, enhancing deliverable quality, and managing client communications.

• Engage in thought leadership activities, including conducting market research, developing internal frameworks, and producing executive-ready content.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute solution rollouts and strategic initiatives.

• Recognize and prioritize growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and insights from the industry.

• Maintain high standards for deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST HAVE demonstrated industry experience in leading business teams within a retail organization, or 10+ years of experience in management consulting with Retail industry clients.

• MUST HAVE comprehensive end-to-end business process execution experience with TMS and/or WMS solutions; familiarity with Network solutions is advantageous.

• MUST HAVE the capability to influence C-Level Executives and a proven history of serving as a 'trusted advisor' (e.g., Level 1 Demos).

• Tech Visionary: Exposure to the application of AI/ML for resolving supply chain challenges is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in process modeling.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven success in delivering effective strategic initiatives and projects within the Retail Grocery sector.
