Strategic Advisor

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with manufacturing leaders throughout Northwest Iowa to enhance business performance.

• Prioritize the development of strong, trusted relationships with owners, CEOs, and presidents.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of each company's strategic, operational, and technical challenges.

• Provide education to clients regarding industry research and best practices.

• Recognize opportunities for significant change.

• Define and create customized solutions.

• Link companies with the appropriate CIRAS experts and partners.

• Engage actively during implementation to guarantee measurable outcomes.

• Contribute to CIRAS programs, services, and outreach initiatives that enhance Iowa's manufacturing sector.

• Travel to client locations within the Northwest Territory three to four days per week is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree along with 8 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business management, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in a leadership or management position is preferred.

• Proven experience in assessing, developing, and implementing changes within manufacturing organizations is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is preferred.

• Experience in collaborating across organizations to connect resources and address complex business challenges is preferred.

• Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting, cost control, or P&L responsibility in a manufacturing context is preferred.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
