Corporate Strategy Lead

📋 Description

• Identify future trends in fintech, AI, and consumer behavior, transforming these insights into actionable strategic initiatives and product priorities, and designing them into clear, testable experiments.

• Establish evaluation frameworks, develop business cases and financial models, and define the criteria for prioritizing what OnePay should build, acquire, or collaborate on.

• Craft clear, persuasive narratives for leadership, including work suitable for board presentations.

• Manage competitive intelligence by synthesizing trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments into strategic recommendations for the executive team.

• Oversee high-profile strategic initiatives from inception to completion, including scoping, execution, and measurement, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Enhance OnePay's external positioning through industry perspectives, research, and significant discussions.

• Leverage AI to accelerate processes, broaden thinking, and deliver high-quality results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in consulting, product or corporate strategy, or venture capital; with a minimum of 3-4 years in fintech, AI, or consumer technology.

• Experience in consulting firms such as Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar organizations.

• Strong intuition for products, enabling critical evaluation of ideas and the ability to make clear go/no-go recommendations.

• Experience in advising or defining strategies for 0→1 products, without necessarily building them.

• A well-defined perspective on the future of fintech.

• Exceptional problem structuring and communication abilities.

• High sense of ownership and comfort in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
