Strategic Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily interactions between MWI and MVH strategic accounts.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

• Establish and sustain collaborative relationships with relevant MWI departments.

• Offer comprehensive customer service via high-volume phone support and email communications.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through calls, emails, and faxes.

• Reconcile issues related to potentially damaged and lost shipments, including handling product returns and credits.

• Provide precise information regarding products, pricing, services, policies, and procedures.

• Keep meticulous records of customer interactions in the Orbit CRM system.

• Maintain regular communication with both internal and external customers to resolve issues.

• Analyze and investigate customer concerns, taking appropriate actions as necessary.

• Complete special tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Background in customer service is preferred.

• Experience in a veterinary clinic is desirable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel are required.

• Proficiency in Word and Outlook is essential.

• Capability to handle stressful situations is important.

• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal relations, and decision-making are needed.

• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy are required.

• Availability to work from 8:30am to 5:30pm MST is necessary.
