This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify new partnership possibilities with IDNs, Health Systems, and Corporate Chains while fostering growth in current agreements.
• Establish and nurture relationships at all levels of Verathon and IDN/GPO leadership.
• Take the lead in a matrixed environment to develop regional growth strategies alongside Sales Directors and Territory Managers.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills with an emphasis on preserving price integrity while collaborating with business leaders.
• Relay essential customer, competitive, and market insights to all relevant company stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience is necessary.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Candidates must reside within the Northeast region near a major airport.
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.
• Capable of meeting vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccination).
• Must be willing to spend 50% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends and overnight stays) covering the Northeast region.
• Required to travel for the annual sales meeting, regional meetings, and in-person training as needed.
