This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Strategic Account Manager plays a crucial role in delivering solutions to our clients by serving as a primary business owner of Invivyd resources and offerings for a wide range of customers, including Health Care Providers, Health Care Organizations, Centers of Excellence, Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) stakeholders, Veterans Affairs (VA) Centers, Reimbursement Personnel, and Practice Administrators, and is accountable for collaborating to ensure customer inquiries are promptly addressed.

• Facilitate clinical discussions that encourage the customer to advocate for their patients and engage the entire account to identify any barriers that may hinder the provision of suitable solutions.

• Recognize shared priorities and utilize knowledge and strategies within the entire account to formulate a strategic territory business plan that stimulates product demand by addressing the needs of key partners and ultimately their patients, leading to superior outcomes.

• Work together with cross-functional partners on the overall account and territory strategy to enhance both internal and external understanding of how to access products and services.

• Collect customer and market data and insights to effectively implement multiple channels that drive comprehensive sales engagements.

• Employ a data-driven strategy to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact in alignment with the strategic plan.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred; however, candidates without a degree who possess substantial relevant industry experience will also be considered.

• A proven history of consistent high performance and expertise in successfully navigating and selling to large accounts and key customer segments.

• The ability to travel up to 100% across a wide geographic area is required, including the capacity to drive and/or fly within the territory.

• The candidate must be in the field five days a week, conducting client visits while also managing all administrative responsibilities associated with the role.

• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.

• A strong capability to communicate clinical product information effectively.

• A diverse background in a matrixed environment, with exposure to Reimbursement, Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacies, IDNs, and Federal channels, is essential.

• A solid understanding and experience in adhering to the laws, regulations, and industry codes (e.g., the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals) that govern appropriate interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Veterans Affairs (VA) system within the territory and the rules and regulations governing business operations within the VA system.

• Must be results-oriented and capable of showcasing effective time management skills.

• A broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product.

• Experience working with Hematology/Oncology, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, Veterans Affairs, immunology, account management strategy, and new product launches.

• Proven ability to manage time effectively, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to prioritize opportunities.

• A demonstrated winning attitude and experience reflected in sales performance that consistently exceeds quotas, along with recognition such as Presidents Club wins and other awards.
