This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• The Strategic Account Executive must possess a strategic mindset, be proactive, agile, creative, and confident to build relationships with executives at the C-Suite and Head of Shared Services level.
• This role is responsible for maintaining revenue retention, driving growth, overseeing renewal processes, and ensuring client satisfaction for a designated portfolio of 1 to 6 accounts.
• The Strategic Account Executive nurtures relationships within their accounts to uncover opportunities that enhance client engagement with products and generates demand for bundled solutions that showcase our “One Alight” advantage across the entire portfolio, which includes Health, Wealth, Leaves, and Consumer Experience.
• This individual will collaborate with assigned Solution Architects, who serve as product specialists and provide pre-sales support.
• Strategic Account Executives will focus on retaining and expanding revenue within their client portfolio by establishing deep and wide-ranging relationships to understand customer needs.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Sales/Account Management or a minimum of 10 years in either Benefits or Leaves.
• Demonstrates excellence in strategic sales methodologies, forecasting accuracy, and client management leadership.
• Exceptional presentation capabilities at the C-Suite level.
• Recognized as a Proven Strategic Thought Leader.
• Consultative strategic seller with the ability to illustrate value effectively.
• Employs a highly analytical approach to define client outcomes and articulate value propositions.
• Capable of using data and facts to narrate a story that drives revenue growth and retention.
• Inspires the team and energizes the organization to support the overarching strategy.
• Maintains strong knowledge across the entire Alight portfolio.
• Proven track record of performing under pressure with resilience and tenacity.
• Demonstrated proactive leadership abilities.
