This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage intricate sales cycles with independent mortgage banks, banks, credit unions, and various mortgage lending organizations, typically involving multiple executive and operational stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee your own sales pipeline through focused outbound efforts, relationship building, events, referrals, and account-based prospecting.
• Gain a thorough understanding of each lender's origination model, operational workflows, technology stack, pain points, and business priorities prior to presenting a solution.
• Market our company’s technology and services portfolio, which includes SaaS, automation, fulfillment, and related mortgage solutions.
• Establish credibility with senior leaders and articulate our value in terms of business outcomes related to efficiency, conversion, cost, scalability, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams while taking ownership of the customer narrative and ensuring that demos are customized to the prospect's specific workflows and priorities.
• Create and manage a targeted account list, identify growth opportunities, cultivate champions, and meticulously nurture long-cycle opportunities.
• Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
• Over 10 years of B2B sales experience, including substantial experience selling to mortgage lenders.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage origination, lender workflows, and the mortgage technology ecosystem.
• Proven track record in selling SaaS, technology-enabled services, outsourcing, fulfillment, or complex operational solutions.
• Experience managing upper mid-market or enterprise-level opportunities with annual contract values in the six-figure and seven-figure ranges.
• Ability to independently source a significant portion of your pipeline.
• Strong executive presence and comfort in selling to C-level executives, operations, technology, sales, and compliance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in conducting consultative discovery, building business cases, and linking solutions to quantifiable customer outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to secure and implement complex deals.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, onsite visits, and industry events.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar sales technologies.
