This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract premier DeFi projects (Lending, AMM, Derivatives, Yield Aggregators) and Real World Asset (RWA) initiatives to develop on the chain.

• Serve as the main liaison between external project teams and our internal engineering team, guiding projects through the entire deployment lifecycle, from smart contract interactions to mainnet launches.

• Provide advice to ecosystem projects on liquidity provision, cross-chain bridging approaches, and asset management to maintain a robust and liquid on-chain environment.

• Utilize your expertise in Real World Assets to spearhead the integration of tokenized assets, ensuring compliance and technical compatibility with our L1/L2 infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with teams based in the APAC region to synchronize ecosystem growth with local market trends and liquidity movements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in the Blockchain/Web3 sector, particularly in Ecosystem Development, Technical Business Development, or Solutions Architecture.

• In-depth understanding of DeFi fundamentals, including AMM mechanics, liquidity mining, lending protocols, and cross-chain interoperability.

• Demonstrated capability to support projects during deployment. A solid grasp of smart contract logic, APIs, and blockchain data analysis tools is essential.

• Previous experience working for or in collaboration with a leading L1/L2 project is strongly preferred.

• Possess the ability to excel in a dynamic environment and work effectively across APAC and European time zones.
