This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee intricate, high-value accounts within the healthcare sector.
• Cultivate and influence relationships with C-level executives, becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
• Present Omnissa’s complete SaaS portfolio utilizing a consultative, value-oriented sales strategy.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, expand current accounts, and foster long-term customer success and satisfaction.
• Exhibit expert negotiation and closing abilities to secure complex, high-value agreements.
• Show proficiency in strategic account planning and effective pipeline management.
• Collaborate across various teams, including Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners.
• Stay informed about End User Computing (EUC) trends and the competitive landscape.
• Engage in industry events, customer engagements, and regional activities to enhance influence and market presence.
• 5–10 years of proven SaaS enterprise field sales experience.
• Proficient in establishing strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Adept in territory planning, forecasting, and managing pipelines.
• Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Excellent communication skills with outstanding storytelling and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary sales tools.
• Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions is advantageous.
