This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, overseeing everything from new client acquisition to account expansion.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, success metrics, and decision-making criteria.
• Develop and oversee mutual success plans that align with executive priorities.
• Navigate intricate sales processes that include technical assessments, pilot programs, security evaluations, and procurement procedures.
• Collaborate across departments with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain rigorous pipeline management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning the platform as essential infrastructure for their operations.
• 7–12+ years of experience in Enterprise or Strategic B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven history of successfully closing deals ranging from $150K to $1M+ in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles lasting 6 to 12 months.
• Experience in leading or co-managing Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilot projects, and enterprise evaluations.
• A track record of success in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable taking ownership of deals from initial discovery through to procurement and closure.
