This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Design at Scale Utilizing AI
• Leverage Canva AI — including Magic Design, Magic Write, text-to-image, and Brand Kit — to efficiently create on-brand graphics, carousels, educational posts, and campaign assets, surpassing traditional design workflows.
• Develop and uphold a Canva Brand Kit for Genesis to ensure every visual asset — from Instagram Stories to LinkedIn headers — maintains consistency, professionalism, and is easily reproducible.
• Use Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express for AI-generated imagery, text effects, and quick asset creation without requiring a full Creative Cloud subscription or a dedicated designer.
• Implement Figma AI for content templates, visual systems, and design specifications that ensure brand coherence across all platforms and formats.
• Build and Design With AI
• Utilize Replit AI to design and prototype lightweight web-based content assets — including custom landing pages for campaigns, interactive patient education tools, shareable microsites, and branded digital experiences — without the need for a dedicated developer or agency.
• Create simple branded web assets that extend beyond social media feeds: a “meet the surgeons” page, a campaign hub, a patient story gallery — elements that broaden the Genesis content universe beyond Instagram and TikTok.
• Produce and Edit Video Using AI
• Employ CapCut AI for quick short-form video editing, automatic captions, and formats tailored for TikTok and Reels.
• Use Runway for AI video generation, background removal, and visual effects that enhance raw clinical footage.
• Leverage HeyGen or Descript for AI voiceovers, talking-head video creation, and transcript-based editing that transforms lengthy surgeon interviews into easily digestible clips.
• Apply Opus Clip or similar tools to automatically identify standout moments from long-form content and convert them into short-form clips.
• Own the Channel Strategy
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a definitive, platform-specific growth strategy for each channel.
• Utilize AI scheduling and analytics tools — such as Buffer AI, Later, or Metricool — to optimize posting strategies intelligently rather than just increasing frequency.
• Understand the nuances of what works on TikTok compared to Reels or Shorts — and tailor content accordingly.
• Build Repeatable Systems
• Create AI-assisted production workflows to ensure the content operation scales alongside the practice.
• Develop template libraries, prompt libraries, and editorial calendars that facilitate the consistent production of exceptional content — not just sporadic creations.
• Monitor analytics to identify what’s effective and continually refine your approach.
• Engage the Community
• Interact with comments, cultivate a following, and position Genesis as a brand that resonates with the Chicago audience.
• Consistently experiment with new tools, formats, and trends; if you have a proposal, we want to hear it.
• You are at the beginning of your career yet stand out in two key areas: you grasp how content spreads across the internet and have already integrated AI tools into your creative process.
• You have created videos that captured viewers' attention.
• You have designed graphics that have been widely shared.
• You possess a distinct point of view.
• And you know how to leverage AI to amplify that perspective.
• You are well-versed in the AI creative stack. Tools like Canva AI, Replit, Runway, CapCut AI, Descript, and Adobe Firefly are part of your regular toolkit.
• You understand the strengths and limitations of each tool and are eager to explore what’s next.
• You can construct lightweight web assets. With Replit AI, you can quickly develop a straightforward campaign page, a branded microsite, or a patient story hub — and you have previous experience doing so.
