This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
• Suggest, evaluate, and implement new services or operational enhancements.
• Assume accountability for store performance and maintaining standards.
• Provide insights to management regarding inventory and services.
• Uphold Dyson's standards for customer experience, visual merchandising, and store ambiance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure resolutions align with brand values.
• Foster personalized customer interactions that promote brand loyalty.
• Oversee the execution of the Retail Activations calendar in collaboration with market and global implementation teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop managers and future leaders for the store.
• Establish team and individual objectives, track performance, and offer continuous feedback.
• Cultivate a positive, motivated, and cooperative team environment.
• Engage in floor leadership and interact with both customers and team members on a daily basis.
• Propel store performance metrics and ensure sustainable growth.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and take corrective actions or make recommendations as necessary.
• Implement operational and merchandising strategies in alignment with local headquarters.
• Prepare the store for peak trading periods.
• Maintain compliance with policies and standards regarding operations, security, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention.
• Safeguard company assets and confidential data.
• Assist with store opening, closing, inventory accuracy, and maintenance duties.
• Address escalations and resolve operational or team performance challenges.
• Accountability for store performance and maintaining high standards.
• Proven ability to enhance sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
• Capable of proposing, testing, and executing operational improvements.
• Proficient in maintaining customer experience, visual merchandising, and store environment standards.
• Skilled in addressing and resolving customer escalations effectively.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing managers and future store leaders.
• Competent in setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing feedback.
• Ability to drive and analyze performance metrics, including profit, volume, conversion rate, NPS, average purchase value, and attrition.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising strategies.
• Familiarity with security, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention protocols.
• Proficient in managing inventory accuracy, store maintenance, and operational escalations.
