Store Deployment Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage in and assist in leading nightly deployment coordination calls with the Store Systems team and affiliated vendors/partners.

• Organize and oversee nightly deployment operations to guarantee the completion of at least four (4) store deployments each night.

• Directly communicate with store associates and management regarding deployment timelines, delivery expectations, testing processes, and post-installation validation.

• Monitor deployment progress and document successful installations of Oracle POS and pin pads.

• Support stores during deployment testing and verify system functionality after upgrades.

• Raise technical issues, deployment delays, or operational concerns to the suitable support teams.

• Keep precise deployment logs, track issues, and report status updates.

• Collaborate with Store Systems, Infrastructure, Help Desk, and field support teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

• Provide clear and professional communication during high-volume deployment periods.

• Assist in deployment readiness activities including scheduling, reviewing documentation, and follow-up communication.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in supporting retail technology deployments, POS systems, or store operations.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with the capacity to manage multiple store deployments concurrently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work evening/night shifts to facilitate overnight deployment activities.

• Comfortable interacting with store associates, managers, and technical support teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

• Great attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow deployment procedures.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
