This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The HST Pathways Customer Support Specialist acts as the primary contact for customers regarding all service and support inquiries related to HST Pathways application offerings.
• This role requires the ability to diagnose and resolve application and customer workflow issues while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
• Provide an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client requirements and challenges.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries, utilizing problem-solving techniques, educating clients, and ensuring issues are followed through to successful resolution.
• Offer consistent, timely, professional, and high-quality support to clients.
• Develop procedures to guarantee client satisfaction and ensure quality service delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and departments to address and resolve issues.
• Engage in quality assurance and application testing of software when required.
• A bachelor's degree is recommended.
• Proficient in MS Office and related applications.
• Must possess strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Experience with eChart or Practice Management is preferred.
• Background in healthcare or clinical settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Capable of managing multiple ongoing activities and tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
