This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver prompt, clear, detailed, and customer-focused support to our consumers.
• Demonstrate a passion for and connection with the nooks and crannies product.
• Assist customers in resolving inquiries ranging from basic to complex via email, live chat, and phone calls.
• Cultivate a network of support and trust within our exceptional customer support team!
• Collaborate with customers to understand their usage of Sezzle services and provide insightful feedback to the Product and Development teams.
• Advocate for our customers by identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our products or processes.
• Proactively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and propose innovative enhancements to the customer experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in both written and spoken French.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced support environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills to deliver clear, articulate, and compassionate customer support in technical instructions via phone, email, and live chat.
• Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously and exercising personal judgment to take initiative.
• Eager to delve into the details of a system or process to resolve customer issues.
• Exhibits a passion for your work while maintaining personal and corporate integrity.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and assisting customers in achieving success.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience.
• Experience with email, phone, and/or live chat handling complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, preferably in software.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus.
