This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work in close collaboration with the sales team to implement and support stop loss marketing strategies.
• Analyze and refine client data to create thorough and precise marketing requests.
• Serve as a bridge between stop loss carriers and the sales team, facilitating effective communication and efficient information exchange.
• Accurately submit and monitor network reporting requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee workflows and deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects—strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration by being a dependable, communicative, and solutions-focused partner in a cross-functional setting.
• Prior experience in stop loss, employee benefits, or the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and preparing data.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient in navigating spreadsheets, reporting tools, and internal systems.
