This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assisting product line workflows and bid procurement requirements for Stop Loss Virtual Office (SLVO) clients.
• Coordinating and executing both electronic and manual processes, which include sending, receiving, and tracking applications and coverage proposals.
• Negotiating bids and managing placement requirements.
• Providing market overviews, decision-making support, and analytical insights.
• Collaborating with designated local offices to ensure complete and accurate RFP submissions.
• Producing client deliverables for internal team members.
• Reviewing marketing summaries and received proposals while managing workflows to meet critical deadlines.
• Communicating with and updating the producer and local service teams, as well as the stop loss carriers, as necessary.
• Gathering required disclosure information and assisting, as needed, in the negotiation of proposals.
• Collaborating with producers and service teams to present renewal marketing summaries and decision support to clients when required.
• Submitting and confirming final renewal terms to ensure system accuracy and billing reconciliation.
• Serving as a knowledgeable resource for designated local offices regarding all stop loss matters.
• Ensuring the effective use of product group resources to benefit clients.
• Attending mandatory training sessions and courses to develop and maintain current skills and product knowledge.
• Upholding the appropriate level of confidentiality for processed information.
• Must have or show a willingness to gain a comprehensive understanding of the employer's stop loss market.
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
• Proficient in effectively communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
