This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee accounts and sales territories to achieve sustainable business growth in line with targets and quotas.
• Utilize data and analytics to guide business planning.
• Recognize and address customer financial and clinical priorities and limitations.
• Leverage hospital networks and connections to pinpoint expansion and conversion opportunities.
• Persuade stakeholders in accounts to support proposed solutions and products.
• Cultivate relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Enhance the mix of New Product Introductions (NPIs).
• Collaborate with channel, distribution, and kitting partners on relationships and mutually beneficial initiatives.
• Provide in-service education, technical assistance, and product troubleshooting.
• Utilize publications and industry standards to promote product adoption and standardization.
• Drive compliance with contracts and seek standardization opportunities.
• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of products.
• Complete required sales training and business planning.
• Maintain sales call records in Salesforce.com.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher along with four (4) years of sales, clinical, or related experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• A current, valid Driver’s License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A proven history of meeting quotas and targets.
• Previous experience in healthcare sales or clinical settings.
• Experience in territory management and strategic business planning.
• Ability to establish customer relationships with key influencers.
• Understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.
• Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and asepsis.
• Experience in customer-focused selling and closing deals.
• Familiarity with navigating complex sales cycles.
• Completion of a formal sales training program.
• Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with new product introductions and value analysis processes.
• Experience collaborating with distribution channel partners.
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills.
• Capability to enter healthcare or third-party facilities subject to required licenses, vaccinations, and other prerequisites.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
