Statewide & Strategic Partners Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic partnership strategies that align with state and district/site objectives, promote adoption, enhance utilization, and foster long-term growth, renewal, and expansion.

• Establish and maintain reliable relationships with state representatives, executive leaders, district stakeholders, and state education agencies.

• Organize and execute implementation activities, professional development, technical assistance, and cross-functional resources.

• Evaluate partnership effectiveness through data analysis, usage patterns, progress assessments, and success metrics.

• Keep precise documentation, communication plans, meeting summaries, and account records.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Learning, and Customer Support to ensure strategies are aligned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in professional learning and curriculum implementation.

• Master’s degree or a comparable combination of skills, training, and experience.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proven track record in leading strategic partnerships, implementations, partner success, or educational initiatives within the K–12 education sector.

• Preferred experience in educational leadership, with extensive knowledge of instructional practices, curriculum implementation, professional development, and digital learning environments.

• Competence in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker, or similar CRM and customer success platforms.
