This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Accountable for overseeing the development and implementation of a strategy aimed at achieving profitable execution of commercial goals for designated states.
• Oversees the execution of Campari Sales initiatives through Distributors.
• Assists the Division Vice President in organizing and executing regular Distributor Management meetings.
• Formulates and executes plans and activities to ensure Distributor Management compliance.
• Conducts monthly Distributor sales meetings, showcasing both national and local Campari programs.
• Cultivates strong working relationships with key accounts.
• Identifies new key account opportunities and crafts persuasive selling narratives.
• Prepares detailed volume and resource plans by period and deal.
• Responsible for managing the State P&L within a specified budget.
• Trains and develops direct report(s) to achieve a “best in class” sales force.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the alcohol beverages sales sector.
• 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in distributor management.
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to oversee and profitably manage a business.
• Solid financial acumen (pricing, P&L, invoice management).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Must possess a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
