This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for driving execution in both national and regional retail, enhancing volume growth, distribution, and brand visibility.
• Act as the primary liaison between Campari and major national and regional grocery chain buyers in Illinois.
• Utilize syndicated data (such as Nielsen and IRI) to guide decision-making and improve performance.
• Create and implement brand initiatives related to shelving, pricing, promotional activities, and cross-merchandising.
• Facilitate top-level meetings with key decision-makers to ensure alignment with retailers.
• Track scan performance and modify scans to optimize brand growth.
• Over 5 years of experience in off-premise CPG or beverage alcohol sales, with direct responsibility for HQ buyers.
• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth through data-informed strategies.
• Familiarity with operating in a three-tier distribution environment.
• Strong expertise in syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI, etc.) and the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Business Administration.
