Start-up CEO, AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs related to business strategy, fundraising, team development, go-to-market strategies, and operational execution.

• Analyze AI responses for business authenticity, strategic depth, and adherence to real-world start-up challenges and practices.

• Draft realistic scenarios for start-up leadership based on your extensive professional background.

• Develop scenario variations from diverse viewpoints (e.g. CEO, co-founder, investor, or key team member).

• Detect gaps, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated business content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A seasoned start-up CEO with substantial professional experience in the EU or UK.

• Expertise in crafting strategies, securing funding, assembling teams, and advancing new ventures from conception to growth.

• Proficient in assessing business documentation, corporate structures, and operational decisions.

• Able to work independently and provide well-structured, critical feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt responsiveness.
