Stakeholder Engagement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate workshops, forums, and informational sessions for municipal and local stakeholders.

• Oversee venue selection, coordinate stakeholder outreach, prepare materials, and maintain thorough documentation.

• Articulate the organization's mission, strategic initiatives, community benefits, programs, and overall impact on the island.

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and set realistic expectations.

• Gather and analyze metrics related to attendance, satisfaction, priority topics, and stakeholder commitments.

• Provide detailed and actionable reports to senior leadership.

• Travel between municipalities to conduct local, in-person engagement activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, group facilitation, or related fields.

• Proven track record of organizing events and engaging in local, face-to-face work.

• Outstanding presentation and active listening abilities.

• Willingness to travel between municipalities.

• Demonstrated independence and accountability in the field.

• Capability to produce concise and timely reports.

• Native or fluent Spanish is required.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

• Experience with municipalities, nonprofits, community organizations, advocacy groups, tourism entities, or public policy initiatives is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is a plus, though not mandatory.
