Staff/Senior Product Designer, Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic design initiatives for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Develop mobile-centric wireframes, prototypes, and design layouts.

• Interact with customers to gain insights into their needs via interviews and usability testing.

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to collect user requirements.

• Construct and enhance native mobile design systems.

• Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in product design.

• Promote design excellence and user experience throughout the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field.

• Over 5 years of experience in product design, particularly in mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in visual interaction design and processes for iOS and Android platforms.

• Enthusiastic about addressing the distinctive UX challenges associated with Generative AI.

• Expertise in creating cohesive user experiences that can be easily adapted across multiple devices.

• Proficiency in design tools (primarily Figma) and prototyping software.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proven experience in project leadership and mentoring team members.

• Experience in designing within an enterprise SaaS environment is a plus.
