Staff Technical Program Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive program management for Engineering Excellence initiatives, AI readiness, and AI DLC deployment projects.

• Incorporate Claude Code and other AI-driven development tools into current engineering processes.

• Assist Engineering Platform teams in enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

• Propel technical strategy and ensure alignment among Engineering, Security, and Product leadership.

• Coordinate roadmaps across various teams and domains to advance AI initiatives.

• Guide other TPMs and engineers, elevating the overall technical standards for AI-integrated program management.

• Address challenges, optimize processes, and disseminate updates utilizing AI-assisted techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in technical program management or leadership in software engineering.

• Background in software development with proficiency in programming languages.

• Extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).

• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development environments.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex technical rollouts on a large scale across multiple business units.
