This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to design and manage solutions within Salesforce and related technologies and systems.
• Create and implement solutions that include (but are not limited to) Front end (VF, SLD, SLD2), Backend Processes (Flows, Triggers, Apex, Batch), third-party integrations (Trey.io, Workato, Mulesoft, SF Pubsub/grpc, Webhooks), data models, and pipelines (Data Cloud, Snowflake, Presto, DBT, Amazon Glue) while ensuring scalability, system health, and optimal end-user experience.
• Capable of reading, reviewing, and designing object-oriented programming code such as APEX, Python, and set-based scripting languages like SOQL and SQL.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of CRM processes and user personas to ensure compatibility of your projects with upstream and downstream systems and processes.
• Act as a thought partner and communication conduit between the Product Manager, Technical Lead, and stakeholders by crafting thoughtful technical solutions that consider the overall CRM platform and sales user experience.
• Regularly communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders who have varying priorities, levels of maturity, and technical knowledge.
• In collaboration with the product owner and product manager, lead projects from inception to completion to enhance how our Go-To-Market and internal teams track and manage Lead routing, Lead management, Lead to Opportunity, Forecasting, and the Opportunity lifecycle.
• 8-10 years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation, including 3-5 years in Lead routing, Lead to contact conversion, Marketo, and Outreach integrations, as well as Opportunity management.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale automation and architectural changes within Salesforce.
• Proven ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce declarative automation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to convey complex technical architecture in a digestible format for varying levels of expertise and detail.
