• Construct the technical framework of a platform dedicated to healthcare decision-making.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle: architecture, design, implementation, review, and observability.

• 8+ years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong fundamentals in full-stack or backend-focused engineering.

• Extensive experience with contemporary web application stacks; knowledge of Python/Django, TypeScript/React, Node.js, and associated tools.

• Profound expertise in AI-assisted software development.

• Proven capability to guide, limit, and evaluate AI-generated code.

• Experience utilizing AI tools throughout the software lifecycle.

• Established track record of leading complex technical projects across teams.

• Strong skills in system design.

• Experience working with large or evolving codebases.

• Sharp product judgment.

• High agency in uncertain environments.

• Strong sense of ownership regarding production outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
