Staff Software Engineer – Mobile Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Become part of a team that is transforming the way the world engages with design.

• Establish the technical framework for all mobile development tools.

• Oversee the test automation framework.

• Design and enhance the mobile test automation framework for synthetic and integration testing.

• Define the quality gating strategy for CI/CD.

• Integrate the disparate elements across Native Infrastructure, Cross Platform, and DevX.

• Develop and disseminate best practices and methodologies for mobile testing.

• Establish company-wide workflows for triage and monitoring in mobile development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in at least one mobile platform, either iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).

• Practical experience with React Native or a similar cross-platform mobile framework.

• Proven experience in building or significantly influencing a mobile test automation framework.

• Background in defining quality gating strategies or enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

• Demonstrated history of scoping and executing complex, cross-team technical projects.

• Proficient in steering technical direction with teams outside of your direct management.

• Your technical documentation and practices serve as a foundation for others to build upon.

• Capable of balancing long-term objectives with immediate sprint tasks.
