Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver complete product features encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

• Design workflows for customers and internal processes related to onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk management.

• Transform unclear product challenges into functional systems with seamless user experiences and dependable backend logic.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, mobile developers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to expedite launches and enhance post-release performance.

• Create internal tools and automation solutions that minimize manual tasks and assist teams in scaling operations.

• Take ownership of your work post-release: monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, learn from user feedback, and implement improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full stack engineering experience with successfully launched products.

• Proficient in frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.

• Strong frontend development skills utilizing React, Next.js, Vue, or other contemporary frameworks.

• Solid understanding of backend principles concerning APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and system reliability.

• Keen product insight and the capability to streamline complex workflows.

• Ability to work efficiently in ambiguous situations and take responsibility for results throughout the entire process.
