Staff Software Engineer – Identity and Access, Identity Squads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish the technical vision for our authentication systems.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering leadership, product management, and cross-functional teams.

• Define and take ownership of the technical architecture for the Identity squad’s authentication systems.

• Mentor and cultivate the skills of senior engineers.

• Foster cross-team technical alignment on authentication standards, patterns, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth, validated expertise in distributed systems engineering using Go.

• Significant experience in building and managing low-latency, high-throughput services in distributed, multi-tenant settings.

• Capability to mentor and advance the skills of senior engineers.

• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary identity standards and threat models (OAuth 2.x / 2.1, OIDC, SAML).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
