Senior Warehouse Industrial Engineer

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer or Senior Program Manager to spearhead the optimization and expansion of our fulfillment network infrastructure.

• In this position, you will take ownership of the long-term facility design strategy and oversee the implementation of multi-million-dollar capital projects, from the initial concept to the deployment of automation.

• You will work closely with executive leadership, operations teams, and external vendors to establish engineering standards across the network that enhance density and throughput.

• If you possess a robust background in layout engineering, capital expenditure (CapEx) management, and data-driven process enhancement, this position provides a unique chance to directly influence our network's operational footprint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant quantitative discipline.

• Experience: Over 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, fulfillment network planning, or managing large-scale logistics programs.

• Capital Project Portfolio: Demonstrated success in scoping, budgeting, and executing capital projects worth $5M+ in greenfield or automation-focused brownfield settings.

• Technical Mastery: High-level proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp for facility layout design, alongside expert-level skills in data extraction and modeling (SQL, Power BI, Python, or discrete event simulation tools such as FlexSim).

• Leadership Impact: Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead high-performing project teams, and navigate complex, ambiguous cross-functional environments.
