Senior Software Engineer, FullStack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop secure, maintainable, and production-ready code that aligns with internal standards and industry best practices.

• Improve and expand existing products, including complex reporting queries, processing large datasets, and integrating Microsoft Graph or third-party APIs.

• Design and construct scalable APIs that connect with both internal and external services.

• Contribute across the technology stack, encompassing backend services and React-based frontend features.

• Convert product requirements into clear technical designs and actionable implementation plans.

• Effectively communicate progress through daily standups and written updates.

• Implement security best practices to safeguard customer and internal data.

• Ensure comprehensive testing, participate in code reviews, and proactively address defects and performance challenges.

• Mentor colleagues and disseminate technical knowledge across various business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional software development experience with responsibility for production systems.

• Strong proficiency in building modern full-stack applications utilizing .NET and React with TypeScript.

• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs within scalable distributed systems.

• Practical experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Docker and Azure DevOps, including source control, CI/CD, and work tracking.

• Proven ability to utilize AI coding assistants as a productivity enhancer while maintaining robust code ownership, critical review, and debugging discipline.

• Comfortable working in a distributed environment and contributing to a collaborative codebase.
