Staff Software Engineer, DevPlatform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the foundational infrastructure of the developer platform.

• Create new functionalities for external developers, including SQL database as a service.

• Engage in the complete development cycle: from technical design and development to testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. Your role will include reviewing code and design documents, as well as providing feedback on product specifications and prototypes.

• Make significant contributions to team strategy. We value everyone's input and promote active involvement in future planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in backend development, infrastructure, developer tools, or application platforms.

• Proven technical leader capable of driving large-scale projects and handling daily troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Go, Typescript, Redis, distributed SQL, and Kubernetes.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching fellow engineers, exemplifying strong software engineering best practices.

• A strong passion for creating scalable, well-architected software that users love.
