Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and document resilient, scalable architectures through Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and Request for Comments (RFCs), ensuring successful execution.

• Provide technical leadership on complex projects, collaborating across various teams.

• Incorporate AI/LLM solutions and agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) into the product ecosystem to facilitate intelligent automation.

• Oversee and enhance the operational health of systems utilizing Service Level Objectives (SLOs), observability tools, and runbooks.

• Guide Tech Leads and Senior Engineers in fostering technical independence and governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in software development and technical leadership for large-scale projects.

• In-depth understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and REST/gRPC APIs.

• Expertise in programming languages suited for scalable backend development.

• Practical experience with LLMs in production and their integration through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and industry best practices for observability and reliability.
