Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in an agile setting, utilizing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and adaptable pair programming.

• Engage with cross-functional teams, partnering with product and design to enhance the application.

• Make pivotal technical choices regarding application architecture and data model design.

• Ensure the stability and performance of application stacks.

• Deliver high-quality code consistently that aligns with business objectives.

• Possess a solid understanding of data structures, TDD, as well as software engineering design principles and patterns.

• Exhibit the capability to guide a team in making informed technical decisions.

• Take part in an on-call rotation, guaranteeing swift resolution of critical system issues and aiding in the ongoing enhancement of system reliability and availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a web-based production environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production setting utilizing Ruby on Rails.

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.

• Must be a resident of the U.S.
