Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete architecture of the full-stack platform

• Collaborate with founders to set organizational benchmarks

• Handle intricate components within multi-cloud settings (AWS and GCP)

• Act as the technical intermediary between the data and product teams

• Execute CI/CD processes and establish testing methodologies

• Guide and support senior and mid-level engineers

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in full-stack software development

• Expertise in contemporary front-end technologies (React)

• Familiarity with back-end technologies (Go, Python, Rust)

• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects

• Background in cloud-native infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong communication abilities in diverse cultural settings
