Staff Security Software Engineer, AI Security Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish the architecture and technical direction for Databricks' AI security tools platform

• Oversee the design and development of capabilities for the AI platform

• Act as the technical expert in AI security engineering

• Coach and guide senior and mid-level engineers

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in security software engineering, security engineering, or a similar field

• Proficient in Python programming

• Extensive knowledge in AI/ML security

• Proven experience in designing security tooling architectures

• Excellent technical communication skills

• History of delivering high-quality security tools
