Staff Salesforce DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the global CI/CD framework for intricate Salesforce deployments, promoting advanced automation and self-service tools for scalability.

• Oversee cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and various Business Systems, ensuring rapid delivery within an enterprise environment.

• Provide technical guidance in addressing systemic deployment issues and developing environment strategies, including refresh protocols and data access governance.

• Serve as a technical intermediary for Business Systems, Engineering, and Operations, understanding roadmaps and the alignment of dependencies and schedules.

• Offer comprehensive technical support for releases, incident management, and significant system upgrades.

• Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies to optimize your development workflow, enhance speed, and help innovate new methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and productivity within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.

• Extensive knowledge in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise-scale release management (e.g., Copado, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Architectural responsibility for intricate automation tools and integration strategies spanning a varied tech stack (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, etc.).

• Proficiency in version control systems (preferably GitHub) and familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python or Java).

• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI or Copilot-style tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) aimed at enhancing development, testing, or operational workflows.
