This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate closely with a Vice President of Sales, sales management, and frontline teams.
• Manage the essential operating rhythms of the organization.
• Transform data into actionable insights.
• Assist in annual and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Advocate for change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global Enablement and Revenue Process teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a large-scale technology firm; experience in enterprise software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and operational skills.
• Leadership experience in annual planning.
• Proficiency in go-to-market (GTM) systems.
• Ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent strategic communication skills.
• Skilled in data manipulation using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
