Staff Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• The Staff Quality Engineer serves as a strategic technical authority within the Product and Technology division.

• This position is accountable for establishing next-generation QA strategies and spearheading AI/ML-driven automation projects.

• The Staff Quality Automation Engineer will enhance productivity by deploying enterprise-wide efficiency metrics and fostering a QA-driven culture that aligns closely with organizational goals.

• This individual is anticipated to positively influence colleagues, lead by example, and uphold the highest standards of software reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance with substantial exposure to enterprise-scale systems.

• More than 8 years of practical experience with Playwright, Java, TestNG, and JavaScript-based frameworks like Mocha.

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in test automation across API, Web, and Mobile platforms.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading QA teams and overseeing multiple applications or large-scale projects concurrently.

• Over 4 years of experience implementing API automation using Node.js and conducting performance or load testing using JMeter.

• Strong hands-on experience in integrating automation with Git and Jenkins within CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven experience in leading quality initiatives across onshore and offshore distributed teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical strategies to diverse audiences.
