• Take charge of the engineering team's quarterly objectives, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery while adeptly managing resources.
• Collaborate within each product team’s codebase to evaluate current test coverage, identify high-risk areas, and assess production readiness gaps to create a prioritized testing roadmap that engineers can reference and implement.
• Develop testing patterns for a multi-language environment, introducing frameworks that simplify testing to the same ease as feature creation.
• Formulate and promote quality policies, minimum quality standards, and production-readiness criteria collaboratively and iteratively with product teams.
• Regularly engage in each team’s workflow, partner on test design for intricate features, review PRs for testing quality, and foster a collaborative testing culture.
• Create and manage what operates within the CI/CD pipeline quality gates (testing suites, linting rules, reporting), with support from the Platform Lead.
• Establish automated PR checks and contributor CI gates to facilitate open-source contribution quality management.
• Advocate for high-quality software delivery by establishing robust tools, processes, and methodologies, along with providing hands-on technical leadership through personal development contributions and code reviews.
• Develop technical documentation and processes to support rapid progress and knowledge transfer.
• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, showcasing the ability to function as an engineering peer within teams, not merely as a testing expert.

• Experience integrating testing frameworks from the ground up in at least two different ecosystems.
• Established quality standards and production-readiness criteria for an engineering organization.
