This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete delivery of enterprise application projects, including system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and process transformation efforts.
• Define and manage the entire project lifecycle: scope, timeline, resource planning, risk management, budget tracking, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with IT Product Managers, architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather and convert requirements into actionable project plans.
• Create and maintain executive-level project reporting, including steering committee presentations, status dashboards, and escalation procedures.
• Identify, evaluate, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies; escalate obstacles with proposed resolution strategies.
• Advocate for AI-assisted tools and automation to enhance project delivery speed, documentation quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Assess and incorporate AI tools (e.g., generative AI for requirements documentation, process mapping, testing, and reporting) into standard project management workflows.
• Lead vendor management tasks, including SOW reviews, milestone tracking, and accountability for performance.
• Facilitate retrospectives and promote continuous improvement within the IT PMO practice.
• Mentor junior project managers and assist in the development of project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
• A minimum of 6 years of project management experience, particularly in enterprise application implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or comparable platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, technically complex programs in a dynamic environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies).
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with substantial organizational impact and multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive presence; proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to C-suite and board-level audiences, along with a history of delivering clear written materials and high-stakes presentations to senior leadership.
• AI-savvy: hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to expedite project tasks, including documentation, analysis, meeting summaries, and status updates.
• Proficient in project management platforms (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using data to guide decisions and highlight project insights.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and contemporary collaboration tools.
• Possession of PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent certification.
• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Direct experience in delivering AI/ML or automation-enabled technology projects.
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and principles of enterprise architecture.
• Experience in building or scaling an IT PMO function.
• Background in both technical delivery and business operations roles.
